Cancellation Policy

Service Terms & Policies Estimates & Pricing All prices are starting rates. Final pricing is based on the vessel's size, condition, accessibility, and requested services. Any additional work will be discussed and approved before being completed. Scheduling Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to weather conditions and availability. If weather prevents service, your appointment will be rescheduled at the next available opening. Cancellations We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Access to Vessel Customers are responsible for ensuring the vessel is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. If access cannot be provided, a service fee may apply. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to late fees. Customer Responsibilities Customers agree to provide access to the vessel and, when available, water and electrical hookups. Please remove or secure any valuables prior to service. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly. Right to Refuse Service DJ Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe or if circumstances prevent the job from being completed safely and professionally.
